I never posted a 14 month on Brylee. We'll make this one brief!She is saying so much these days! We have written down about 30 words she has said, or at least we think she has said (like 'rectangle' and 'watermelon'). She definitely says things like 'ball', 'uh-oh', 'momma', 'bottle', 'book', 'car'...She is saying more and more all the time!
Since her 13 month visit when we raised the question of when we will see teeth come in, we have seen 3 teeth break through, or just at the surface. Poor girl has been sick the last few days, and during all of that, we also see another tooth appear. Who knows what is more painful!
She refuses to let me get a picture of the teeth, but the top right and bottom right are both out!
Her Prevacid doses seem to really help, so we are on it for another month or so. Thank goodness, because I don't think we can afford even the generic Prevacid for much longer! We are finally getting the amount of food she eats each meal up again, until of course she got sick, and all of her coughing caused vomiting from her sensitive reflex.
She loves her Pediasure, in all the flavors (Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry), and now I guess it's time to focus on transferring the milk to a sippy cup again. We put that on hold because we just wanted to get her calorie intake up, and since she thinks milk belongs in a bottle, we didn't want to mess up any additional ways of getting those calories to her.
She is on the better end of her croup now, thank goodness! Hopefully we'll somehow convince Chester to sleep through the night also, and start getting full night's sleep again!
